In this convent it is possible to see several XVI century architecture examples. The church portico, the cloister and annexed rooms, the archive, the refectory and the big dormitory, are all good illustrations of gothic construction. The dining hall located on the south side, stands next to the cloister in a lower plan than the surrounding walls. Despite of the innumerous transformations carried out here, including some military adaptations, the room maintains its architectural volume and original majesty.

Next to it, the biggest room of the monastery presents a rectangular plan, illuminated by windows decorated with XVI century motives and covered by a low roof divided in six frames, with broken arches in gothic style. On the respective ribbings there are remains of the usual renaissance decoration.
